At ATZ Classes, we are committed to providing a safe, comprehensive, and enriched e-learning environment for all students, teachers, and users. To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, all users must adhere to the following content guidelines:

  1. Age Requirement: Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account, or otherwise use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. Accountability: By creating an account on the ATZ Classes platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the platform’s Terms and Conditions.
  3. Account Termination and Data Deletion upon User Request: A subscriber has the right to terminate their subscription and permanently close their account on the platform at any time. Due to the unavailability of an automated direct deletion option within the account settings, deletion shall be executed manually in accordance with the following procedures:
  • Submission of Request: The subscriber must submit an official account closure request via the certified customer service email: (info@atzclasses.com).
  • Identity Verification: The platform is committed to verifying account ownership before taking any action, in order to protect the subscriber’s privacy and data security.
  • Execution Timeframe: The platform’s technical department is committed to processing the request and manually deleting the account and all associated personal data from the servers within a period not exceeding fifteen (15) days from the date of identity confirmation.
  • Legal Consequences: Manual deletion results in the complete erasure of data, which cannot be recovered, provided that the platform is committed to cancelling any automatic renewal of financial subscriptions associated with the account immediately upon execution.
  1. Paid Services: All educational programs within the platform are paid services and are not provided free of charge. This exclusion applies to educational blogs and content published on the platform’s social media pages (such as Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and TikTok), which are available to users at no charge and are not considered part of the paid educational services.
  2. System Security: Attempting to hack the platform, uploading files containing viruses, or conducting any vulnerability testing on the system is strictly prohibited.
  3. Code of Conduct: Users must adhere to proper dialogue etiquette between students and teachers. Sending promotional messages or spam is strictly prohibited.
  4. “As Is” Clause: The service is provided on an “as is” basis. The platform shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from internet disruptions, inaccuracies in information provided by third parties, or the suspension and blocking of the platform due to reasons beyond our control.
  5. Acceptable Use: The platform must be used solely for training and educational purposes. Publishing illegal or immoral content, or distributing viruses and malware, is strictly prohibited.
  6. Session Recording: The platform reserves the right to record sessions for quality assessment, teacher performance evaluation, or training purposes.
  7. Account Sharing and Academic Integrity: Sharing personal accounts among multiple users is prohibited, and assisting students in cheating is strictly forbidden.
  8. Amendments: The platform reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes approval and acceptance of these changes.
  9. Independent Third-Party Providers: The platform utilizes independent external service providers to deliver certain essential features, including but not limited to: hosting companies (such as Hostinger), electronic payment gateways, and live streaming and meeting platforms (such as Zoom and Google Meet). The user acknowledges and understands that these companies are entirely independent entities from the platform and do not fall under its direct management.
  10. Data Processing Compliance: All contracted third parties are subject to strict privacy policies and Data Processing Agreements (DPA) that obligate them to protect personal data and prevent its leakage or unauthorized use, in compliance with international and local security standards.
  11. Limitation of Liability for Third Parties: The platform exerts its maximum technical and contractual efforts to ensure data security with these companies. However, the platform fully disclaims all legal, criminal, and financial liability for any security breach, data leak, technical malfunction, or operational error occurring within the servers, systems, or software of such independent companies.
  12. Indemnity Against Third-Party Default: In the event of a data leak or damage resulting from negligence or error by any third party (such as payment or hosting companies), the user’s legal recourse or claim for compensation shall be directed solely and exclusively to the specific service provider that caused the damage, without any joint, several, or vicarious liability on the part of the platform or its owners.
  13. Compliance with Third-Party Terms: When using the platform, you may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of such third parties (such as Zoom’s acceptable use policy or payment gateway policies). It is the user’s sole responsibility to review these policies, and the platform assumes no liability for the user’s violation of those companies’ terms.
  14. Exclusion of Warranties: The platform does not warrant that it will be free from errors or technical glitches, and assumes no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from its use.
  15. Suspension and Termination: The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a violation of the terms or upon the expiration of the specified period.
  16. Intellectual Property: All educational materials and courses (videos, texts, exams, files) are the exclusive property of ATZ Classes and its affiliated company.
  17. Copyright Restrictions: Copying, recording, distributing, or republishing any content from the platform for commercial or educational purposes without the prior written consent of the ATZ Classes management is strictly prohibited.
  18. Personal Use Only: All courses and educational services paid for via an announced subscription are for personal use only and are non-transferable to another individual.
  19. Access Expiration: Access to content terminates at the end of the academic semester or the duration specified in the schedule and course description.
  20. Attendance Notification: A student must notify the supervisor at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the session via a private chat on WhatsApp within the classroom group or via the platform’s announced WhatsApp number if they are unable to attend, while coordinating an alternative date.
  21. Late Excuses: Attendance excuses requested less than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the class session will not be accepted.
  22. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule a session to another time at least twelve (12) hours prior to the start of the session without any additional fees.
  23. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a live session without charge at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled start time.
  24. Refund Execution: Refunds, in the announced cases, are issued solely to the student’s wallet within the platform, to be used as credit for future services.
  25. Course Cancellation Refund: A full refund is granted if the registration is cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the course or class.
  26. Platform-Side Technical Faults: A full refund is issued if there is a technical malfunction on the platform’s side that prevents access to the content, or if the session is cancelled for any reason.
  27. Late Cancellation Non-Refundability: No refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs less than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the session.
  28. No-Show Policy: No refund will be issued in the event of absence without prior notice.
  29. Credit Validity: Credit in the platform wallet is valid for twelve (12) months from the date it is added.
  30. Credit Restrictions: Credit within the platform is designated strictly for courses or educational services and is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.
  31. Discretionary Termination: The platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or bar your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  32. Exclusive Liability of the Creator: All educational materials, texts, images, files, external links, or any other content uploaded, published, or shared via the platform by teachers, lecturers, or users (hereinafter referred to as “User-Generated Content”) express solely the views of its creator. The individual who uploaded such content shall bear sole legal, criminal, and civil liability for it.
  33. Disclaimer of User-Generated Content: Neither ATZ Classes platform nor its owning company endorses the validity, legality, accuracy, or safety of any content uploaded by third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform disclaims all liability for any damages, compensations, or legal prosecutions arising from such content, whether related to intellectual property infringement, containment of materials violating laws and public decency, incitement, or dissemination of misleading information.
  34. Notice and Takedown Mechanism: The platform management possesses the full and absolute right (without the need for prior notice) to review, amend, or delete any content found to violate the terms of use, infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, or breach local and international laws. Furthermore, the platform reserves the right to permanently block the violating user’s account and forfeit their dues if it is proven that they intended to harm the platform or third parties.
  35. Indemnification: The violating teacher or user undertakes to indemnify the platform, its owning company, and its employees against any losses, fines, or judicial and legal costs that may be incurred as a result of any lawsuit filed by a third party due to the content published by such user on the platform.
  36. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the (Arab Republic of Egypt).
  37. Jurisdiction: In the event of any legal dispute arising from these terms or the use of the platform, it shall be resolved amicably in the first instance. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the competent courts located in the (Arab Republic of Egypt).
  38. Violation Reporting: If you encounter any content that violates our content policy guidelines, please report it to the moderation team immediately. We take all reports seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include removing the offending content or suspending or terminating user accounts.

(5) Prohibition of Account Sharing

  • Legal Text: “Sharing account login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited. Any such sharing constitutes a material violation of these terms and may result in the immediate termination of the account without any tuition fee refunds.”

(6) Third-Party Data Sharing Disclosure

  • Purpose: To maintain transparency regarding external service providers.
  • Legal Text: “We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any third-party marketing agencies. However, to operate the platform and deliver our educational services effectively, we share specific data on a strictly limited basis with independent external service providers (third parties). This includes:
    • Hosting and Cloud Infrastructure Providers (e.g., Hostinger): For the secure storage of platform data and system databases.
    • Electronic Payment Gateways: For processing tuition payments and subscriptions. Your credit card details are transmitted fully encrypted directly to the payment gateway; our platform neither views nor stores this financial information.
    • Live Streaming and Virtual Classroom Platforms (e.g., Zoom and Google Meet): To enable attendance in live interactive lectures and webinars. Your name or email address is shared solely for the purpose of verifying and organizing session access.”

(7) Security Standards for Third-Party Contractors

  • Purpose: To guarantee compliance with international cybersecurity standards.
  • Legal Text: “The platform commits to contracting exclusively with reputable local and international companies that implement the highest cybersecurity standards. These third parties are legally bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) that oblige them to maintain the confidentiality of your information and prohibit them from using, processing, or disclosing it for any purpose outside the scope of operating the specific services designated by the platform.”

  • Objective: To comply with strict student privacy regulations (such as COPPA and GDPR-K) and to prevent target advertising tracking for children.
  • Legal Text: “The platform is fully committed to protecting the privacy of students, particularly minors under the age of (13/18). We strictly do not activate behavioral tracking or marketing cookies (targeted advertising) on student accounts or within virtual classrooms. The use of cookies in student accounts is strictly limited to necessary technical and educational cookies.”

  • Legal Text: “In the event of a general technical outage within the live streaming platform itself (such as a global server outage for Zoom or Vimeo), this shall be considered a force majeure event beyond the platform’s control. Consequently, the student shall have no right to claim any financial or legal compensation.”

(8) Intellectual Property and Recording Prohibition

  • Legal Text: “All recorded and live videos are strictly protected under intellectual property laws. It is strictly prohibited to use any external software to record or republish lectures. If the system detects any recording attempt, the student’s account will be terminated immediately, and they will face legal prosecution for copyright infringement, without any tuition fee refunds.”
